Private Membership Organization – Massachusetts
Blunt Humor operates in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a private, membership-based entertainment organization. Membership is open to the public; however, all Blunt Humor events are private functions and are not open to the general public.
Entry is limited to verified members and authorized guests, subject to venue capacity and internal policies. This structure is intended to comply with Massachusetts regulations governing private events, age-restricted entertainment, and venue use.
Membership does not guarantee admission to any specific event.
Age Restriction & Identification
In accordance with Massachusetts law, all members and event attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Government-issued photo identification is required for membership verification and event entry.
Blunt Humor reserves the right to deny entry or revoke membership for failure to meet age verification or identification requirements.
Cannabis Compliance (Massachusetts)
Blunt Humor does not sell, distribute, or provide cannabis or cannabis products at any event.
Blunt Humor events are 420-friendly only to the extent permitted under Massachusetts law and venue policy. Blunt Humor does not promote or encourage cannabis consumption and assumes no responsibility for individual conduct.
Members are solely responsible for ensuring their actions comply with:
- Massachusetts General Laws
- Local municipal ordinances
- Venue rules and restrictions
Blunt Humor is not a licensed cannabis operator and does not engage in any activity regulated by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Member Conduct & Enforcement
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, Blunt Humor reserves the right to:
- Deny entry to any event
- Remove individuals from events
- Suspend or revoke membership
...for violations of:
- Community standards
- Venue policies
- Massachusetts laws or regulations
Membership fees are non-refundable in cases of policy violations or enforcement actions.
Privacy & Data Use (Massachusetts)
Blunt Humor complies with applicable Massachusetts consumer privacy and data protection standards.
Information collected may include:
- Member name and contact information
- Age verification status
- Payment method information (processed securely by third-party payment processors)
Blunt Humor does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Member information is used solely for:
- Membership administration
- Event notifications
- Legal and compliance verification
All payment data is handled by secure, third-party providers. Blunt Humor does not store full debit card information.
Payment & Billing
Membership dues are billed monthly at $4.20. By enrolling, members authorize recurring charges to the debit card on file.
Members may cancel membership at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund for previously billed periods.
Assumption of Risk
By attending Blunt Humor events, members voluntarily assume all risks associated with live entertainment events, including exposure to adult content, amplified sound, and crowded environments.
Blunt Humor is not responsible for personal property loss, injury, or damages arising from attendance, except as required under Massachusetts law.
Policy Modifications & Governing Law
Blunt Humor reserves the right to update or modify membership terms, privacy practices, and event policies at any time.
All membership agreements and disputes are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
